Yoga Book Club | Revolution of the Soul by Seane Corn

PLANNED DISCUSSIONS:

Session 1 -- March 29th: Chapters 1-4

Session 2 -- April 26th: Chapters 5-8

Session 3 -- May 31st: Chapters 9-12

Join us for a monthly Yoga Book Club! We will meet the last Sunday of each month from 4:00 to 5:30PM starting March 29th, 2020.

We will begin our time together with a short meditative gentle yoga flow suitable for all levels. This allows you to arrive mind, body and soul to the present moment. We will then gather for a group discussion on the current month’s assigned chapters. Don’t worry if you haven’t read, or if you fall behind -- please attend for the enriching conversation with like hearted beings.

The first book we will explore is Seane Corn's, Revolution of the Soul. Seane is a yoga teacher and activist. Her book shares her yoga journey and explores yoga philosophy. It is thought provoking and challenging. She invites you to look inward, dive deep, heal emotionally and understand your highest self.

We will create a facebook group and post discussion questions each week. We plan to break up the book up into 3 discussions. It is okay if you can't make all 3 sessions, participate as much as you can, or as little as you’d like.
