The intention of this hatha-style class is to bring strength and balance in the body and mind. Providing a mix of breathing exercises, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques, we focus on developing stability and resiliency to make you stronger and better able to handle the stressors of everyday life. This holistic approach allows for the opportunity to open blocked energy centers, move stagnant energy out of the mind and body, and invite in new energy so you can connect with your true self. We emphasize alignment to promote a safe long-term practice and welcome all levels. Teacher Bio: Crystal Senesac received her 200-hour teacher training certificate in Ayurvedic Yoga in 2021 and added a Trauma-Informed Yoga Certification in 2022. She is also a certified meditation instructor and breathwork facilitator. Crystal recently went on a personal growth journey through Central and South America where she traveled solo for over a year. She ended her travels studying at an ashram where she learned karma yoga, mantra, vedanta, ayurveda, etc. She is currently pursuing her certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor.
