Prenatal yoga is a great way to prepare for and adjust to the changes expecting moms are going through. Each class will focus on connecting to the breath, bonding with baby, and bringing relaxation to both the physical body and mind.
These tools can help with the challenges of labor and birth.
This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and no prior yoga experience is required.
