About the Event
Join us in our latest collaboration for 2 full hours of mindfulness practice! Move your body with gentle yoga - suitable for all levels with Marissa. At this point you’ll find your mind primed to drop into meditation for a deep healing journey guided by Lynn. The meditation hour will include a brief teaching on mindfulness and a guided meditation.
Yoga and Meditation are both mindfulness practices.
