Practice to Align with the Full Pink Moon
Seah (Chelsea) will guide the group through a practice woven with themes of renewal, relational harmony, cultivating our intuition & inner power, opening ourselves to the creative force of possibility.
Come as you are. Restorative yoga is long held postures supported by cushions & props to allow the body to open to a more relaxed state, cultivating connection with our parasympathetic nervous system.
