About the event
Align with the New Moon offers a reflective space for dreaming and inner work through Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing. Alyce will guide us through a Yoga Nidra (meditation) aligned with this New Moon’s themes as we settle into a sound bath offered by Seah.
This will take place directly after Alyce’s Yin Yoga class, which is from 7-8pm. We will open the doors at 8 to allow folks coming in just for the event. Please come in quietly, remove your shoes, and find a spot on a mat. We will have everything set up already but you can feel free to put your mat on top of a studio mat for extra padding.
