New Moon & Spring Equinox Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra (guided meditation)
We will connect to the subtle body through TCM meridian lines, activating through self touch with optional essential oil blend.
A Yin Yoga practice sequenced to connect to the meridians and embody themes of renewal in the Spring Equinox. Our session ends with a Yoga Nidra, guided meditation.
Come together in community to connect to the lunar cycles within us and the world.
