We will begin the workshop with grounding, gratitude and intention setting. Moving then into some light movement settling your energy, following next a series of restorative poses that will prepare the body for ultimate relaxation. We then invite you to get completely comfortable as we begin the sound healing and Reiki portion of this event. Let the vibrations and sounds of the crystal and Tibetan bowls melt any stress away.

Leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and ready for the bounty of the season ahead.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

The studio has props available for use, however we recommend bringing a yoga mat + blanket IF possible. Feel free to bring anything you may need to lay comfortably on the floor.
