🍂 The Summer sizzle is slowly simmering down, and Autumn is ushering itself in. Spend a cozy evening honoring the change of season, shifting into a slower gear, and enjoying the rest you deserve. We will reflect on balance, personal harvests, and what needs to be shed this season in order for new life to grow. 🌾

📝Journal prompts are optional and can be expanded on at the conclusion of the event or be taken home for continued deeper reflection. 📓

You are invited to bring anything you need to lay or sit comfortably. Mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, folding chairs and eye pillows are all available for use in the studio.
