About the Event

When you hear the word “love,” what comes to mind?

Do you consider yourself successful in love?

Do you love yourself?

Do you have a good relationship with a partner?

Do you need to heal the wounds of love within you?

This month’s workshop, with the romance of Valentine’s Day, we invite you to explore the yogic reality of love. It begins with finding yourself first, and then understanding the nature of loving another person.

We begin Valentine’s evening with a set of Kundalini Yoga exercises especially designed to create open loving feelings. This kriya opens the heart, increases compassion and sensitivity to others, and helps you to drop emotional defensiveness. Its calming effect allows you to eliminate unnecessary thoughts and feelings, so you can be more in the present moment and experience your feelings with clarity.

Come connect with yourself. Come flirt with yourself. Come take yourself on a 'date’ by treating yourself (and maybe your 'Valentine?!) to the very special experience of Gong & Healing Night on Valentine’s Day!


Each session begins with a light Kundalini Yoga practice in order to move and prepare the body for the cleansing and healing that is to come (don’t worry the yoga is appropriate for all levels).

We then move into deep relaxation with a symphonic Paiste Gong. The Gong is a beautiful reinforced vibration that aids in releasing blocks, reducing tension and stimulating circulation in the body. The Gong impacts your nervous system, strengthening and healing it from any damage caused by stimulants (ie: coffee, stress). The vibrational tone of the gong will melt away all stress and worry, putting you into a state of bliss! The sounds develop, wash over and around you to vibrate all of the body’s cells. The waves of sound carry your body, and mind to a feeling of peace and connectedness. Your mind will have no defense to the Gong after 90 seconds!

After the Gong,  we use sound (mantra) to remind us that the entire universe was built on sound, and vibration. And, as we vibrate a specific combination of sounds, we are able to tune into a different level of consciousness.

is a Level 1 certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He has practiced yoga for more than 15 years but has a strong, passionate love for Kundalini Yoga and the Gong. His greatest joy is in teaching, sharing and inspiring others to find their wholeness, radiance and bliss.
