This is a 4 Week Series meeting on: November 14th + 21st and December 5th + 12th

Are you an experienced yogi who would like to fine tune your practice?
Then this class is for you!
Join us for this 4 week series where Angie will guide you through some of the most common yoga poses in a welcoming and non judgmental environment.
Beginner yoga is a slower paced class that puts the focus on safety, alignment, comfort, and body awareness. Flexibility, strength, and relaxation will all be emphasized.
Each foundational pose will have multiple modifications and guidance available to help the student find the right fit for their own body.
The goal of this workshop is for you to feel confident, safe, and knowledgeable on your yoga journey. And to always leave class feeling better than when you walked in!
Some examples of the poses (Asanas) that will be taught are Warrior 1 and 2, Easy Seated Pose, Downward Facing Dog, Cobra, Mountain, Triangle, Low Lunge, and the best of all.. Savasana! We will also learn different breathing techniques (Pranayama) and an intro to short meditation.
The only physical requirement is to be able to get up and down from the floor with ease.
