BUTI YOGA is a growing practice that combines a traditional vinyasa flow + primal movement + spiral structure technique. These three elements will assist in toning the deep core and pelvic muscles, work with the chakra system to awaken energy flow and tap into your inner power cultivating confidence and a deeper self love practice.
This class is all about you! Connecting to your body and surrendering to the freedom of intuitive flow. We will break down the basic movements of a BUTi practice, move to fun music and strengthen our community through self care.

| ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR |
My name is Sarah Litterio (previously Peters). I grew up in Clifton, Illinois. I now live on Washington Island in Wisconsin. I received my training at Bay Area Yoga Center in Green Bay Wisconsin at an Ashtanga based yoga center. I have been teaching for three years now and practicing Buti yoga for 4 years. I received my Buti yoga certification in January of 2018. My general teaching style is a mix of traditional poses always inspired by free flowing movement and breath. Buti yoga is a perfect combination of fun dance inspired movement including tribal belly dance, primal movement and plyometrics for a fun and freeing high energy class! I have yet to meet a student who wasn’t completely blown away by this style and how great it is in addition to a more traditional yoga practice.
