| CHAIR/OFFICE YOGA SERIES |
A gentle combination of seated and standing hatha yoga postures is for all fitness levels. This class makes yoga available to those who may not be able to easily get down to the floor. It is also a great class for desk workers to learn ways to counteract the effects of being seated for long periods of the day.
