Chair/Office Yoga | 4 Week Course

| CHAIR/OFFICE YOGA SERIES | 

A gentle combination of seated and standing hatha yoga postures is for all fitness levels. This class makes yoga available to those who may not be able to easily get down to the floor. It is also a great class for desk workers to learn ways to counteract the effects of being seated for long periods of the day.

| MEET THE INSTRUCTOR | 

Beth Rockert is an RYT-200 certified yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance. She specializes in chair and beginner yoga with a goal to make yoga accessible to everyone by breakimg through the physical, social and faith barriers that may prevent one from practicing yoga. She studied under Crystal Gray at the Yoga Goddess Academy in the Iyengar tradition.
