Join Angie for a night of relaxation as a gift to yourself before the busy holiday season begins!
Restorative yoga is a completely supported practice where no stretch is applied. Your body is placed in restful poses with props, blankets, and plenty of support to allow you to melt into a relaxed and meditative state. 3 poses will be performed during the class and all will be held for an extended time with final supported Savasana being 20 minutes in length.
