WHAT TO EXPECT:
This workshop begins with a light Kriya (set of exercises) clearing out the "junk" in your system, and preparing the body for laying comfortably to receive healing from the Gong. After 31 blissful minutes of sound healing we will slowly come back to seated for a mantra meditation together. Tea is served after event.
