The holidays are upon us. Tis the season to be jolly and all that. But for many people, this is the season of stress and depression. People tend to push themselves beyond their limits. Overspending is rampant; people overindulge in food and drink; there is increased stress due to travel and obligatory family get togethers. And often, our sleep suffers and we have less time to recharge our batteries.
Join us for this LESS IS MORE WORKSHOP!!! This workshop will focus on the parasympathetic nervous system (our brakes) which is ruled by sound. To regenerate the parasympathetic system, nothing is more powerful than the sound of the gong. Relax, refresh and reinvigorate with this powerful workshop. Warren Armstrong (Spiritual Name: Chand Shiva Singh)
is a Level 1 certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He has practiced yoga for more than 15 years but has a strong, passionate love for Kundalini Yoga and the Gong. His greatest joy is in teaching, sharing and inspiring others to find their wholeness, radiance and bliss.
