Mama's Gathering | Yoga + Discussion

Mama's Gathering is a time for all moms to get together and chat about different topics each month. Some topic examples include: birth, breastfeeding, homeschooling, etc.

ALL mothers are welcome - the new, the seasoned, the expecting, and the just planning/thinking about it. Breast-feeding babes are also welcomed into this safe space.

WORKSHOP FLOW:

Marissa will begin by leading you in some gentle movement to settle your energy. This is to help you get grounded and centered in your body and the present moment. Kayla will then lead a short meditation before opening the discussion topic. There will be ample time at the end for questions + connecting.
