About the event
Begin your New Year with setting an intention and removing blockages that may get in the way of your goals. Begin with some breathwork and instruction on setting positive intentions. You will then move through a yoga sequence to release blocked energy. Finally, seal your practice with a guided meditation to help you institute habit replacement or goal visualization.
