Seah weaves in Ayurvedic elements connected to each moon, including Marma point activation, pranayama, mudra, and herbal tea. Alyce draws a Tarot spread for the group, pulling in lessons from the archetypes. Then we settle in for a 20 minute sound bath, followed by journal and/or meditation prompts and space to share within the collective.
