Sound Healing for Special Needs

Sound Healing is an ancient multicultural therapy modality using vibrations and sounds from various instruments such as Tibetan and crystal bowls, various chimes and an ocean drum. Research supports that sound healing relieves stress and supports mental/emotional functions. It has the capability to expand your listening capacity (increasing your range of pitch) and can also lend support in relief from sensory overload.

(Note: the noise level of instruments varies, if you become uncomfortable for any reason and need to move during the event there will be someone available - if needed - to assist you with getting re-situated and comfortable).

This event is a safe space for all to heal. There is no touch involved in this group event, for hands on sound healing we recommend scheduling a private session. We know new things can be overwhelming to try, there is limited space available for social distancing and for your comfort.
