Thankful For You | SOUNDBATH

This is the reset your nervous system will thank you for as you kick off your Thanksgiving week. During a soundbath a combination of instruments are played to gently assist your nervous system into a parasympathetic state (rest state). This event is meant to be entirely relaxing with no effort or expectations. You are invited to bring anything you need to lay or sit comfortably. If needed - mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, folding chairs and eye pillows are all available for use in the studio.
