Mondays: April 6, 13, 20 and 27

Week 1: Sun Salutation A (Tadasana, Utthanasa, Plank, Cobra, Down Dog)
Week 2: Warrior 2, Side Angle, Reverse Warrior, Triangle
Week 3: Warrior 1, Pyramid, Warrior 3
Week 4: Lunges, Lizard, Pigeon
Whether you are new to yoga, trying to recommit to your practice or have been practicing a while, alignment and proper postures are important.
Join us for this 4 week series where the instructor will provide more interactive and personal attention to assist students in obtaining the full benefit of each yoga pose. We will breakdown the alignment of the most commonly used yoga poses and present modifications using a variety of props: bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets, the wall and chairs to encourage a safe and beneficial practice.
Investment for Monthly Members: $15 (per drop in)

Meet the Instructor:
Beth Rockert is an RYT-200 certified yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance. She specializes in chair and beginner yoga with a goal to make yoga accessible to everyone by breaking through the physical, social and faith barriers that may prevent one from practicing yoga. She studied under Crystal Gray at the Yoga Goddess Academy in the Iyengar tradition.
