Trick or Tree | Kids Costume Yoga

Join us for a fun-tastic Halloween-themed yoga session!  You’ll learn how to stretch like a werewolf, lay like a vampire, and shake those limbs out with some monster mash dancing. Costumes are highly encouraged!

Kat (they/them) is a self-employed healing arts professional. They were first introduced to yoga and meditation in college, and currently work as a shamanic-reiki practitioner. They are very passionate about the intersection of playfulness and spiritual practice and love to introduce these tools to kids!
