Julia has been practicing yoga since 2000. Since then she has gained a sense of well-being and empowerment.

Her fundamental teacher training was with the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago in 2007. Now she is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT teacher with over 1000 teaching hours. She is a perpetual student herself and is mostly influenced by Iyengar yoga, an anatomically precise style of yoga that aims to support the student at any level of flexibility.
Come to her gentle classes with or without any yoga experience--she loves to see new faces!
Julia is also a neuromuscular massage therapist at Align. She received her fundamental training in massage from The Soma Institiute, National School of Clinical Massage in 2002 and treats chronic pain conditions from the head down to the feet.
