CYT 200

​

Liam recently finished his CYT-200 hour certification in January 2019. He studied with Beth McCue at Purelightyoga Academy in Kankakee, IL.

 

He loves practicing Hatha Yoga and really focusing on breath work. He is a master with modifications and props to make your practice manageable.

 

In addition to yoga, Liam is a Reiki Master, Energy Worker, Artist and Teacher. Liam is passionate about helping people reconnect their mind, body and spirit by focusing on the underlying issues that bring about dis-ease.
