Enjoy a vinyasa yoga flow coordinating movement with prana, flowing from one asana to the next while listening to inspirational, soothing, and fun music. This class will be energizing, relaxing, and fun while connecting the mind, body, and soul. Suited for all practicing levels.

GENTLE YOGA WITH JULIA
This class emphasizes body and breath awareness in accordance with proper alignment of the joints. The instructor allots time to explore and refine each pose safely no matter who you are, holding poses to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and stability. Everyone from athletes to those with recurring pain conditions are welcome.
MORNING YOGA WITH BETH
This class is appropriate for all levels from Beginner to Intermediate. Get your day started off on the right foot! This is a Hatha Yoga class infused with Vinyassa Flow between standing postures. It is intended to not only strengthen the core but benefit us on an emotional level by boosting our self esteem and increasing our motivation. No need to be intimidated for we shall never stand on our heads. As a teacher I am into a calmer style of yoga vs how a high or low can you can go. There is No competition in Yoga!
VINYASA FLOW WITH LYNDSEY
This class combines the rhythm of vinyasa flow -- linking breath to movement with the longer held postures of Hatha to focus on alignment. This class is the best of both worlds, recommended for those looking to experience the faster pace flow of vinyasa with plenty of time to slow down and explore longer holds, ending in a long relaxing savasana for your enjoyment.
RISE AND SHINE YOGA WITH MARISSA
This class is like a good morning stretch that will end on an upbeat note to send you off into the day energized and ready to go with the flow!
We start this class off nice and slow. Expect to set an intention for your day, clear the mind and practice to uplifting and soulful music.
CHANTING//MANTRA MEDITATION WITH MARISSA
Join Marissa to learn the benefits of chanting and mantra meditation. Practicing this in a group intensifies the vibrational experience. You can come to listen, hum, chant, or call out your heart's desire. Just come join the experience. Feel the benefits.
Marissa will provide you clear guidance each week on what we are saying, why we are saying it and when best to use each specific chant in your daily life.
FITNESS MINDBODY WITH KIM
A new and different approach to wellness. Kim Cole has joined our team with her Total Fitness Mind & Body Program.
WHAT DOES A CLASS LOOK LIKE?
Phase One is moving the body for cardio, kick backs, side stepping, knee lifts. This phase is to burn calories and great for weight loss!
Phase Two is for toning. You'll work all major muscle groups. Waist twists, bicep curls and abdominal work.
This class will include a cool down with time for breath work and relaxation.
CAN I DO IT?
We all ask this question! Kim will monitor you closely and adapt any of these exercises to your fitness level.
This is a low impact workout, perfect for anyone who wants to get back into physical exercise without the injuries associated with more strenuous activities.
YOGA WITH EASE WITH BETH
We focus on breath centered movement. By using the breath to slowly move in and out of postures we get the full benefits the practice of yoga has to offer.
In these classes we learn to unplug from daily life and settle into our own mind and body.
My hope is that you can find a sense of calm, peace and clarity not only on your mat but in your daily life.
VINYASA SLOW FLOW WITH MARISSA
Slow down, focus on your breath and turn inward in this class. Close your eyes, relax and let Marissa's voice guide you through a slow flowing vinyasa practice meant to bring you strength, clarity and a grounded sensation.
FRIDAY FEELS WITH MARISSA
Hey hey it's Friyay! It's the weekend!
Let's kick it off right -- ya know, just in case you don't make it back to your mat until Monday or even after that...
Unwind from the work week, prep for your weekend, or heck prep for your night out!!
This authentic practice will have an upbeat variation of playlists and good vibes guaranteed to leave you feeling great. It will be a mix of vinyasa and whatever the heck Marissa is feelin that day!
This yoga class is meant to be casual, relaxed and fun.
OPEN STUDIO TIME FOR THE COMMUNITY WITH MARISSA

Come enjoy the studio space - and make a difference at the same time! For a blind donation of your choice to our scholarship fund you can join Marissa and often other teachers from Align Light on Friday nights for -- any questions you may have, just wanting to check out the space, help with alignment, help with meditation, help with books to read, etc. Maybe you would like to come sit and meditate in the space, practice tarot with a friend, or have a solo practice in the energy of our studio space. Maybe you just need to get away to journal, draw or paint; have some quiet conversation with a like minded individual. Come be a part of the community and let's raise the vibes!
SOULFUL FLOW WITH LIAM
Come enjoy some movement and music to feed the soul, help you unwind from the week and start your weekend off right.
This flow has a little bit of everything: some up to get your energy moving, some down to relax you and some restorative to ease your body.
All levels are welcome to join in.
