GENTLE YOGA WITH JULIA
This class emphasizes body and breath awareness in accordance with proper alignment of the joints. The instructor allots time to explore and refine each pose safely no matter who you are, holding poses to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and stability. Everyone from athletes to those with recurring pain conditions are welcome.
MORNING YOGA WITH BETH
This class is appropriate for all levels from Beginner to Intermediate. Get your day started off on the right foot! This is a Hatha Yoga class infused with Vinyassa Flow between standing postures. It is intended to not only strengthen the core but benefit us on an emotional level by boosting our self esteem and increasing our motivation. No need to be intimidated for we shall never stand on our heads. As a teacher I am into a calmer style of yoga vs how a high or low can you can go. There is No competition in Yoga!
VINYASA FLOW WITH LYNDSEY
This class combines the rhythm of vinyasa flow -- linking breath to movement with the longer held postures of Hatha to focus on alignment. This class is the best of both worlds, recommended for those looking to experience the faster pace flow of vinyasa with plenty of time to slow down and explore longer holds, ending in a long relaxing savasana for your enjoyment.
RISE AND SHINE YOGA WITH MARISSA
This class is like a good morning stretch that will end on an upbeat note to send you off into the day energized and ready to go with the flow!
We start this class off nice and slow. Expect to set an intention for your day, clear the mind and practice to uplifting and soulful music.
CHANTING//MANTRA MEDITATION WITH MARISSA
Join Marissa to learn the benefits of chanting and mantra meditation. Practicing this in a group intensifies the vibrational experience. You can come to listen, hum, chant, or call out your heart's desire. Just come join the experience. Feel the benefits.
Marissa will provide you clear guidance each week on what we are saying, why we are saying it and when best to use each specific chant in your daily life.
FITNESS MINDBODY WITH KIM
A new and different approach to wellness. Kim Cole has joined our team with her Total Fitness Mind & Body Program.
WHAT DOES A CLASS LOOK LIKE?
Phase One is moving the body for cardio, kick backs, side stepping, knee lifts. This phase is to burn calories and great for weight loss!
Phase Two is for toning. You'll work all major muscle groups. Waist twists, bicep curls and abdominal work.
This class will include a cool down with time for breath work and relaxation.
CAN I DO IT?
We all ask this question! Kim will monitor you closely and adapt any of these exercises to your fitness level.
This is a low impact workout, perfect for anyone who wants to get back into physical exercise without the injuries associated with more strenuous activities.
