Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. Most poses will be held 3-5 minutes. You will be encouraged to relax your body and breath to allow the pull of gravity to deepen your stretch.
Yin yoga will help improve your overall mobility and range of motion, specifically in the hips, pelvis and spine.
