Align with Your Light | Yoga, Reiki + Sound Healing

Take the time to pamper yourself on another level. We will begin the workshop with grounding and light movement to settle your energy, moving next into a series of restorative poses that will prepare the body for ultimate relaxation. We then invite you to get completely comfortable as we begin the sound healing and Reiki portion of this workshop. Let the vibrations and sounds of the crystal and Tibetan bowls melt your stress away. Leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

WHAT DO YOU NEED? The studio has props available for use, however we recommend bringing a yoga mat + blanket IF possible. Feel free to bring anything you may need to lay comfortably on the floor.
