Yoga for the Workplace

Yoga for the Workplace can be offered before or after work hours, or even as a mid-day break. All services can be offered virtually via zoom video conferencing. Fees include up to 20 participants and locations within a 30-mile radius of the studio. Larger class sizes or locations in excess of 30-miles may include additional fees.


All In-Person classes will practice social distancing and proper sanitation processes will be followed.

Pricing + Packages

  • One Time Introduction to Yoga - $75 - Onsite or Virtual offering includes 45 to 60-minute class. Provides a brief overview of the benefits of yoga and breathing techniques followed by an all levels yoga class. Class is tailored to address the specific areas of concern noted by attendees. 

  • 4 Week Packages - $250

  1. Intro to Yoga Series – teaches breathing, mindfulness and yoga practices. Each week focuses on a group of yoga poses commonly used in yoga class.

  2. Desk Worker Series – Onsite offering includes 4 weekly sessions with a 15-minute review of common physical issues experienced by the desk worker followed by a 40-minute all levels yoga class.

  3. 4 Class Package – Weekly all levels yoga class offering onsite or virtually to your employees. Classes must be scheduled within a 4-week consecutive period.

  • 8 Class Package $400 – Weekly all levels yoga class offering onsite or virtually to your employees. Classes must be 2x per week scheduled within a 4-week (2x per week) or 8-week (1 per week) consecutive period.


  • Customized requests can be accommodated. Pricing will be based on location, number of classes requested and number of participants.
