Spring forward into your practice with devotion
Spring Alive With The Season
As the days grow longer and the weather begins to warm, it is time to crawl out of hibernation mode and feel alive again! This season we will get our bodies moving, work on our strength and expand our mindsets, just a little bit more. Hop on your mat and let's spring into action!
JOURNAL PROMPTS:
→ What aspect of yourself do you most look forward to coming alive again this Spring?
→ What areas in your life and in your body would you like to feel stronger in?
→ What is a mindset or habit you would like to expand on in your life?
MANTRAS:
I am strong, capable and willing.
I am showing up for myself in ways I need.
CHALLENGE:
Complete the journal prompts and share them with me! I would love to help this community feel strong and expand your mindsets, this will help to let me know more of what you need on the mat. Feel free to share only the aspects of the prompts that you choose to. If you prefer to submit them anonymously, you can fill out our google form (and select anonymous) or there will be a dropbox in our studio to put them in. All submissions will remain absolutely confidential.

Thank you for being a part of this studio.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The backend of the studio is in dire need of a Spring Cleaning! Here is what to expect:
→ MERGING CONTACTS: If you have more than one login (different email addresses, missing contact info, etc) we will be merging accounts to one active login.
→ EXPIRED PASSES: When your class pass hits zero, it doesn’t always automatically drop out of the system. Zeroed out passes will be deleted to clean up space and provide clarity for you and for the studio. You may receive emails about your passes being deleted but I promise no pass will be deleted unless it is completely used or expired.
→ STUDIO SURVEY: This month be on the lookout for a separate email containing a survey to help with studio improvement and overall engagement. Let us know what you would like to see more or less of in our offerings.

Kundalini Yoga is a combination of movement, breath (pranayama), meditation, and chanting. Its goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness. Each workshop begins with a light Kriya (set of exercises) clearing out the "junk" in your system, and preparing the body for laying comfortably to receive healing from the Gong. After 31 blissful minutes of sound healing we will slowly come back to seated for a mantra meditation together. Tea is served before departing.
April's workshop will focus on prosperity:
"Happiness is your birthright. It cannot be taken away from you. If you feel just one thing in your life—that life is nothing but the gift of God—you are divine and the most courageous person. The moment you feel that life is a gift, you’ll become prosperous.” ~ Yogi Bhajan

Spend an entire practice connecting to one of the most complex pieces of our skeleton. By deepening your awareness of the pelvis, you will access new openings in familiar yoga poses and discover ways to move that unlock a little more of your own body's mystery. The instructor will take time to demystify the anatomy of the pelvic bowl, including the elusive pelvic floor, and will use movement, visualization and props to increase your understanding from wherever you start.
