Spring has sprung at Align Light Yoga! We are growing and expanding our monthly offerings and can't wait to share with you what we have happening this season.


Spring Into Alignment

As the sun emerges, the weather becomes more inviting and nature awakens --

We too have an opportunity for deeper awakening.


When it is bone chilling cold I seem to hunker down and sometimes even freeze up. When the New Year rolls around I don't even try to set new lofty goals. Instead I use this slow stilling time of reflection to notice the areas of my life I am not in flow with. Observing and understanding the role each habit has played. Deciding what is and is not serving me.


What habits have you created?

What do you want to carry into this next season with you?


At the end of the Winter season, just as an animal sheds its winter coat, we too can shake off the itchy, sticky and unwanted to begin anew.

Kundalini | Gong Healing + Mantra Meditation

UPCOMING: 7:00 - 9:00 pm → 4/19, 5/17 + June date TBA (tentative 6/21)

INVESTMENT:  $30 Non Members, $25 Monthly Members

Kundalini Yoga is a combination of movement, breath (pranayama), meditation, and chanting. Its goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness. Each workshop begins with a light Kriya (set of exercises) clearing out the "junk" in your system, and preparing the body for laying comfortably to receive healing from the Gong. After 31 blissful minutes of sound healing we will slowly come back to seated for a mantra meditation together. Tea is served before departing.

Kids Yoga | Ages 5-12

UPCOMING:  11:00 - 11:30 am → 4/21, 5/19 + 6/23

INVESTMENT: $10 per kid. One parent or guardian can accompany them at no cost.

Join Jeanna Vent Fodor as she guides the kids to explore yoga poses through songs, stories, imaginative play, and activities that engage and give them the tools to feel calmer, happier, and more peaceful inside!

Yoga can help kids build confidence, improve knowledge of oneself and one's body. Stimulate balance and elasticity & promote freedom of expression. Improve concentration, brain activities & expressing emotions and moods as best as possible.

Meditation, Manifestation, Miracles + Magic

You are invited to join us at Meditation, Manifestation, Miracles and Magic with Yogi Marquis

Through various mental exercises, spiritual practices, and manifestation techniques each session seeks to flex your mind, enliven your spirit, and connect your soul with the divine. The goal is to help bring about the conditions where the notions in your dreams become the objects of your physical reality. If you enjoy the work of Neville Goddard, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Alan Watts, Regan Hillyer, Andrew Huberman, Joseph Murphy, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Abraham Hicks, Rhonda Byrne, and Ram Dass you will love this class.

This class is beginner friendly. All movement will be with ease. Each class may feature a group dialogue, self inquiry, walking meditation, journaling, partner work, or guided visualization. Each session will end with a guided Yoga Nidra practice where you will relax deeply into what is called a waking sleep.

Bring a pen, a journal, and dress comfortably.


+ Peace and Calm - The guided Yoga Nidra session will get you ready for a great night of sleep.

+ Techniques to share and practice - Each session will feature practices or prompts that you can continue to utilize in your daily practice and share with your friends and family.

+ Focus and Clarity - You’ll be learning about different aspects of your mind and spirit, removing the clutter that distracts you. The goal is to make it easy for everyone to enjoy great health, wealth, love, happiness, joy, and peace.


With consistent practice and a clear desire, your confidence grows.

As your confidence grows, the things that were once mere thoughts become solidified into intentions.

Once you begin living through your intentions, you will receive sparks of inspiration.

The inspiration grows when you listen and follow through with action.

The consistent actions connects the mental image with the physical world bringing forth your manifestation.

Living With Intention | Yoga, Journaling, & Meditation

Living With Intention | Yoga, Journaling, & Meditation Session is a workout for the mind, body, and spirit. Each session combines Yoga, Meditation, Guided Journaling, Breathwork, and other practices to bring stillness and intention into your being. The goal is to build strength, resilience, and flexibility in all aspects of your life.

Each session begins with breathwork to center you into the moment and ground you into the space. Then Beth and Yogi will lead a discussion with exercises around the theme of the month. This leads to a nourishing yoga session led by Beth, with poses chosen to compliment the theme and sink the learning deep into your body. Finally, you’ll lay back and relax into a final guided meditation by Yogi Marquis.

You will leave open, relaxed, and equipped with tools to weather the storms of life better. You will have the space to respond rather than the rush to react. Amidst the sea of worry, you will own a port of peace. While others are dancing to the ding of their devices, you will be a conscious creator, living your purpose with intention.

The Art Of Alignment

Join Angie for a deep dive into the Art of Alignment as we explore postures from the ground up. Whether you are new to the practice or experienced, find what modifications feel best for you and receive feedback on your questions about the pose.

In May we will be focusing on Triangle + Reverse Triangle.


Spring Renewal | Yoga, Meditation + Journaling

Join Beth and Tami for this special offering. Welcoming in spring with opportunity to begin anew. Spring is this lovely season of beginnings and cleaning. We will begin our time together with a meditation grounding and centering us. We will then move into a slow flow allowing our bodies to open to the possibilities of the season. Each pose, crafted to allow us to detox and recharge as we are deep into the season of spring. Letting go of layers of stagnate energy. Slowly transitioning into restorative poses to fully relax the body. Bring your journals for time of reflection. This special workshop will help you let go and bring to the surface those things you wish bring forward.

DIY Dreamcatcher Workshop

UPCOMING: May 10th → 6:00 - 8:00 pm

INVESTMENT: $28/person

Jeanna will guide you through creating your one-of-a-kind dream catcher that you get to take home with you!

Workshop Includes: 8" diameter hoop and a variety of supplies such as flowers, beads, feathers, chakra beads, essential oils & more!

Set an intention with a guided meditation at the beginning of class and option to pull an oracle card for inspiration!

Light snacks and tea provided.

You're welcome to bring your favorite beverage.

Reiki + Restore by Candlelight 

UPCOMING: May 19th → 4:00 - 5:30 pm

Join Beth Rockert and Jeanna Vent Fodor for this 90 minute special class that combines the peaceful relaxation of restorative yoga with the healing benefits of Reiki. Bask in the glow of candlelight while nourishing your body and soul.

This restful practice is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During a restorative practice, there will be minimal movements. Students hold yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga - the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.

The relaxation and openness of restorative yoga perfectly primes the body to experience Reiki energy healing. Reiki use gentle touch - or places their hands just above your body - to help guide this energy in a way that promotes balance and healing. Allow the wisdom of Reiki therapy to guide energy in your body to promote self-healing and wellness.

There will be time available at the end of the practice to journal about your experience & a cup of tea.

Serenity Soundscapes | Meditation + Sound Bath Experience

Immerse yourself in tranquility and rejuvenation with our Meditative Reiki-Infused Sound Bath event. Allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred harmonic instruments to guide you into a deep state of relaxation and inner peace.

Join us for an evening of mindfulness as you lay back, close your eyes, and let the waves of sound wash over you, dissolving stress and tension from your body and mind. This immersive experience will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and centered.

Open to all levels, come as you are and embark on a journey of self-discovery and serenity.

Reiki by description - is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is based on an idea that an unseen " life force energy" flows through us and which causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low or blocked (we all experience this) then we are more likely to feel unwell or stressed.

Sound Healing - is a unique and ancient form of therapy. Practiced by the sages of ancient Tibet, it is still used today and is one of the most sought after alternative therapies in India and the West. The waves and vibrations of sound from bowls and other sacred instruments relax the body clearing blockages of stagnant energy.

Yoga for Mindfulness + Self Awareness | A 3 Part Series

Join Jeanna Vent Fodor for a 3 part series on practicing mindfulness. Mindfulness calls for action and personal growth, it goes deeper than just being present in the moment - an essential piece - but is not the only aspect of the practice, it's really just the beginning. Benefits of mindfulness bring self awareness & connection. Reduce stress, improve mental health and well-being & brings peace in the everyday.

We will dive a little deeper through, meditation, movement, dharma discussion, yoga philosophy and journaling. You don't need anything special to cultivate mindfulness. In this class we will talk about the 9 aspects, benefits, essentials & how to take all this with you off of your mat.

This is an all levels yoga practice, must be able to get up and down from the ground. The asana portion will be a gentle hatha/vinyasa flow. Bring your favorite journal and some water. I'm very much looking forward to this beautiful series and sharing it with you!

*I'll be referencing the book, Practicing Mindfulness by Matthew Sockolov for those that would like to follow along, this is not mandatory!
